Directors Josh Ward-Goldsack and Robert McCoy bring over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, united by a shared passion for thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and homes that truly serve the families who live in them.

Josh’s journey into building started young, with a childhood spent pulling things apart and trying to put them back together using his dad’s tools. By high school, he was already on-site through a school-based carpentry apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience in everything from concreting to landscaping. For Josh, building has always been more than a job, it’s a lifelong calling.

Robbie shares the same hands-on mindset and dedication for the building process. With a background in both residential and commercial projects, he brings technical expertise, creative thinking, and a steady, solutions-focused approach to every site. Together, Josh and Robbie have worked on everything from architectural homes to large-scale commercial builds, always with a focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and client connection.

They believe the best homes are built through collaboration. From the initial concept to handover day, Josh and Robbie work closely with each client to ensure the process is smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable.
